Watch Battery Replacement
Does your watch need a new battery? You can have the battery replaced with us.
Replacing your watch battery costs €10.00, and you can pick up your watch the next day. An exception to this is if you have a waterproof watch. Then we will send it to the watchmaker for battery replacement and re-waterproofing. The costs for this are between €30,- and €50,-.
We cannot rule out by phone whether we can replace the battery of the watch in the store or whether we have to send the watch. We can only judge this in the store with the watch.
How long does it take to replace my watch battery?
Replacing the watch battery is generally done quickly, but expect your watch to be picked up the next day. When the repair is done by the watchmaker, it may take longer. This depends on the watch brand and the type of repair.
Shortening a watch strap
How much does it cost to have my watch strap shortened?
If you bought your watch from us, shortening the watch strap is of course free. Also at a later time, if it is a gift. We shorten all other watch straps for a fee of €10.00, per watch. The price may be higher if the shortening of the watch has to be done by a watchmaker.
How long does it take to shorten my watch strap?
If you come to the store, shortening the watch strap goes quickly. Most watches can be shortened in the stores and can be picked up the next day. Straps that we cannot shorten ourselves, we send to the watchmaker in consultation, the costs are higher and will be based on a quote.
